Plastic Tank Fabrication

P&M Plastics designs and fabricates custom plastic tanks for water storage, chemical processing, agricultural, and industrial applications. We manufacture tanks from HDPE, Polypropylene, and PVDF in capacities ranging from small process vessels to large-scale storage tanks exceeding 50,000 litres.

Every tank is custom-built to your specifications including dimensions, wall thickness, inlet/outlet positions, baffles, and mounting requirements.

We use extrusion welding and butt fusion techniques to create strong, leak-proof seams that withstand chemical exposure, UV radiation, and mechanical stress. Our tanks are used in water treatment plants, chemical processing facilities, mining operations, aquaculture systems, and agricultural installations across Australia.

We also fabricate secondary containment bunds, drip trays, and spill containment systems to meet environmental compliance requirements.

All tanks can be pressure tested and supplied with documentation including material certificates and weld test records.
