Our CNC router delivers tight-tolerance profile cutting, pocket routing, rebating, drilling, and full 3D relief machining on MDF and plywood sheets up to 2440mm × 1220mm.

Whether you need flat-pack furniture components, custom joinery parts, architectural panels, retail signage, exhibition displays, or prototype moulds, our CNC equipment produces accurate, repeatable results from your CAD files.

For thinner MDF and plywood (typically up to 6mm), our CO2 laser provides intricate detail cutting, fine fretwork, and decorative patterns that would be difficult or impossible with traditional tooling. Laser cutting also enables precision engraving and etching on timber surfaces for branding, wayfinding signage, awards, and decorative features.

We work with standard MDF, moisture-resistant MDF (MR MDF), lightweight MDF, hoop pine plywood, birch plywood, marine plywood, and formply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you laser cut plywood?
Yes: our CO2 laser cuts plywood up to approximately 6mm cleanly. For thicker ply, we use CNC routing for the best edge finish.
Do you supply the MDF/plywood or do I need to provide it?
We can supply standard MDF and plywood sheets, or we're happy to machine material you supply. Just let us know when quoting.
Can you do 3D CNC carving in MDF?
Absolutely: our CNC router handles full 3D relief machining for moulds, signage, architectural features, and decorative panels.
What's the maximum sheet size you can machine?
Our CNC router bed accommodates full sheets up to 2440mm × 1220mm. Larger projects can be machined in sections.
