P&M Plastics fabricates custom plastic components for emergency service vehicles including ambulances, fire trucks, rescue vehicles, and SES units. We produce interior panels, light bar covers, equipment mounting brackets, console housings, storage compartment liners, and protective covers from impact-resistant polycarbonate, HDPE, ABS, and other engineering plastics. Our CNC routing, laser cutting, vacuum forming, and plastic welding capabilities allow us to manufacture one-off replacement parts or production runs for fleet fitouts. We work closely with vehicle fitout companies and emergency services across Australia.
