P&M Plastics fabricates custom fresh-water, grey-water and drinking-water tanks for caravans, campers, motorhomes and RVs. When an off-the-shelf tank will not fit the chassis, the bed frame or the available cavity, we build one that does - from food-grade HDPE, Polypropylene or PVC, shaped to your exact envelope with the inlet, outlet, breather and sender fittings welded in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build a water tank to fit my caravan exactly?
Yes. Send the available space (length, width, height and any obstructions) and the capacity you need, and we will fabricate a tank to fit the chassis rails, bed base or cavity. Custom shapes including stepped and tapered tanks are routine.
Is the tank safe for drinking water?
Yes. For drinking water we build in food-grade HDPE that meets the relevant Australian food-contact standards. Specify potable use and we will use the food-grade material and a clean fitting layout.
Can you weld in the fittings I need?
Yes. Inlet, outlet, breather, drain, sender and level-gauge fittings are welded in to your positions during fabrication, along with internal baffles to control water slosh on the road.
