Where are your water tanks made?
Every tank is fabricated in our own workshop at 9 Leda Drive, Burleigh Heads. Gold Coast customers get the fastest turnaround and no freight surcharge inside roughly 60km, and you are welcome to discuss the build on site.
Can you build a tank to fit a specific Gold Coast site?
Yes. Custom footprints are most of our work - slimline tanks down the side of a townhouse, tanks under a deck, tanks against a retaining wall. Send the envelope and capacity and we will design to fit.
Do you build potable and food-grade rainwater tanks?
Yes. We stock food-grade black HDPE specifically for rainwater and potable storage, meeting the relevant Australian food-contact standards. We use it for residential catchment, cafes and food-service applications.
What material will my water tank be made from?
We fabricate water tanks from HDPE, Polypropylene and PVC. For rainwater and potable storage we use food-grade HDPE; for chemical or process water we use Polypropylene or PVC for their chemical resistance. We will recommend the right material for your application when we quote.
Can you build a tank to a custom size or shape?
Yes. Custom footprints are most of our tank work. Send the available envelope (length, width, height and any obstructions) and the capacity you need, and we will design a tank to fit. We CNC-cut every panel before welding, so slimline, rectangular, sloped-base and tapered tanks are all feasible.
What capacities can you fabricate?
From 100 litres up to 5,000 litres. Tanks are extrusion-welded by trade-qualified welders and leak-tested before they leave our Burleigh Heads workshop.
