P&M Plastics fabricates custom drip trays and spill trays from HDPE, polypropylene and PVC, cut and welded to the exact footprint of the equipment they sit under. A drip tray catches oil, coolant, water and chemical drips from pumps, compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic power packs, generators, air conditioning units and dosing equipment before they reach the floor, the ground or a drain. Every tray is made to order. Tell us the length, width and wall height you need, and the liquid it has to hold, and we will recommend the right material and thickness. HDPE and polypropylene suit oils, fuels, acids and alkalis and never rust. PVC is a cost-effective choice for water and mild chemicals. Seams are hot-air or extrusion welded so the tray is a single watertight piece, and we can add an outward lip, internal baffles, a drain outlet, a sump, lifting handles, forklift skids or a removable mesh grate. Small trays can be CNC cut, grooved and folded for a seamless finish, and large or deep trays are fabricated from welded sheet, so there is no practical upper size limit. We also build larger bunds and containment systems where a tray needs to hold a full container's volume. All trays are made in our Burleigh Heads workshop on the Gold Coast and delivered across Queensland, Northern NSW and Australia-wide. For a standard rectangular PVC tray you can also price and order online through Perspex Online's drip tray configurator. Send us your sizes, a sketch or a photo of the equipment for a free quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size drip trays can you make?
Any size. Small trays are CNC cut and folded from a single sheet, and larger or deeper trays are welded from multiple sheets, so the size is set by your equipment rather than by a standard range. Give us the length, width and wall height you need.
Which material should I choose for my drip tray?
HDPE and polypropylene are the best all-rounders for oils, fuels, coolants, acids and alkalis. PVC is a cost-effective option for water and mild chemicals. Tell us what the tray will hold and we will recommend the right material and thickness.
Can you add a drain or outlet to a drip tray?
Yes. We can weld in a threaded drain outlet, a sump for pumping out, internal baffles, a removable mesh grate to stand equipment on, lifting handles or forklift skids.
What is the difference between a drip tray and a bund?
A drip tray catches leaks and drips from a single piece of equipment. A bund is sized to contain a spill from a whole container or tank, usually to meet an environmental requirement. We make both; see our bunds and containment systems page for larger containment.
Can I order a standard drip tray online?
Yes. For a standard rectangular PVC tray you can price and order online through the drip tray configurator on Perspex Online, our sister store. For anything custom, such as HDPE or polypropylene, drains, baffles or unusual shapes, ask us for a quote.
