The Sunshine Coast splits between dense coastal residential and a productive hinterland. Coastal homes from Caloundra to Noosa need rainwater tanks that fit tight blocks - slimline tanks down the side of a house, tanks under decks - which is where custom HDPE fabrication earns its place over off-the-shelf round tanks. The hinterland around Maleny, Nambour and the Blackall Range adds acreage and small-farm rainwater and stock storage.

Commercial sites - cafes, car washes, landscape suppliers - take process and reserve tanks, and we use polypropylene or PVC wherever the application is chemical. The Sunshine Coast is a routine delivery run from our Burleigh Heads workshop.

Can you build a slimline rainwater tank for a Sunshine Coast block?
Yes. Slimline and custom-footprint tanks are a core part of our work. Send the available space and the capacity you need and we will design a food-grade HDPE tank to fit down the side of the house, under a deck or against a fence.
Do you build for hinterland acreage and small farms?
Yes. We build HDPE rainwater and stock tanks to larger capacities for Maleny, Nambour and Blackall Range properties, with the fitting schedule to suit your pump and reticulation.
Is delivery to the Sunshine Coast included?
The Sunshine Coast is a routine delivery run from Burleigh Heads. Freight on larger tanks is quoted on size; most standard tanks deliver without a significant surcharge.
What material will my water tank be made from?
We fabricate water tanks from HDPE, Polypropylene and PVC. For rainwater and potable storage we use food-grade HDPE; for chemical or process water we use Polypropylene or PVC for their chemical resistance. We will recommend the right material for your application when we quote.
Can you build a tank to a custom size or shape?
Yes. Custom footprints are most of our tank work. Send the available envelope (length, width, height and any obstructions) and the capacity you need, and we will design a tank to fit. We CNC-cut every panel before welding, so slimline, rectangular, sloped-base and tapered tanks are all feasible.
What capacities can you fabricate?
From small under-bench reserves of around 50 litres up to large storage tanks exceeding 50,000 litres. Tanks are extrusion-welded by trade-qualified welders and leak-tested before they leave our Burleigh Heads workshop.
